【使用方法】
(1)撕开包装外袋；
(2)取出内袋，剥离衬纸，贴在内衣外侧，用手铺平即可；
(3)使用完后，从衣服上轻轻撕下，妥善处理。

①本品为密闭真空包装，不使用时请不要打开包装袋，以免失效。
②本品只能贴于内衣外侧，不能直接贴于人体皮肤上。
③本品的发热温度高、发热时间长，睡眠时不宜使用，避免低温烫伤。
